TBO+ Overview
What is TBO Plus Program? keyboard_arrow_down
TBO Plus Program is a comprehensive rewards program designed exclusively for you our booker partners. The program will make your booking experience delightful and allow you to earn reward points for each transaction on TBO Holidays. You may then redeem these reward to procure a wide variety of lifestyle and travel products.
TBO Plus program provides membership across 4 tiers – Silver, Gold, Platinum and All Star, each providing increasing benefits. You can get promoted to higher level based on your booking activity across a calendar year.
As you move up the tiers, you will earn more reward points for each booking, as illustrated below:

How will I get enrolled to the TBO Plus Program? keyboard_arrow_up
The TBO Plus Program is open to all the booker partners of TBO Holidays & the enrolment is automatic subject to Agency administration restrictions. Please reach out to your Key Account Manager for further details.
Do I need to log-in separately on TBO Plus Program website? keyboard_arrow_up
No, you do not need to login separately on TBO Plus Program website. Simply login to your TBO Holidays Portal & click on “My rewards” to explore and avail various redemption options.
TBO+ Tiers
What are the tiers in the TBO+ program? keyboard_arrow_up
There are 4 tiers in TBO+ program – Silver, Gold, Platinum & All Star. As you move higher from Silver to Gold to Platinum to All Star your reward points earning potential increases.

I currently see myself as a “Silver” Or a “Platinum” Booker. How did TBO determine my Tier Level? keyboard_arrow_up
Your tier for current year is decided based on your sales activity last year. For bookers new to TBO, you are assigned an entry level Silver tier.
How do I move up a tier e.g. From “Gold” to “Platinum”? keyboard_arrow_up
You can move up a tier based on the below slabs:
Move to Gold: Sales >$25,000, Platinum: Sales > $50,000, All Star: Sales > $75,000. Tiers are upgraded once every month.
Earning Rewards points
How do I earn reward points? keyboard_arrow_up
You earn reward points on all your Hotel bookings through TBO.
Do I earn points if I pay by credit card or credit limit? keyboard_arrow_up
You earn rewards points for booking on TBOHolidays portal irrespective of the payment method you choose for your bookings.
Is this a cash back program? keyboard_arrow_up
TBO Plus Program is not a cash back program. However, instead of redeeming your points for vouchers/ travel and lifestyle products you may covert your points to add to your TBO Wallet / Limit.
What is the difference between acquired and accumulated points? keyboard_arrow_up
When you make a booking on TBOHolidays the points you earn are added to accumulated points. These Accumulated points move to Acquired Points post the booking has been consumed(post check-out) by the traveller. Acquired points are the points available for redemption.
What is the validity of my TBO Plus Reward points? keyboard_arrow_up
Your acquired points are valid for a period of at least 18 months. All the points earned 18 months before 31st March (but not used) will expire on 31st March. For e.g.- points acquired before 30th Sep, 2021 but not used will expire on 31st March, 2023.
Redeeming Reward Points
How do I redeem TBO Plus reward Points? keyboard_arrow_up
You can redeem your acquired points for Gift cards, Lifestyle products, Flights, Hotels, Car Rentals and more. Just log-in to your TBO Holidays Portal Account and click on My Rewards.
You will then see the option to redeem the acquired points with an option to navigate to TBO+ redemption portal.
Once you click on TBO+, you will be automatically navigated to the redemption portal where you can use your acquired points for variety of redemption options.
When can I start redeeming my TBO Plus reward points? keyboard_arrow_up
You can start redeeming your points as soon as they become available for redemption (get acquired) on TBO Holidays portal.
Where can I find my TBO Plus Program Summary? keyboard_arrow_up
You can view your TBO Plus Program account summary by clicking on My Rewards button available after you login.
Do I have to pay any other charges for redeeming my reward points for tickets and hotel bookings? keyboard_arrow_up
There are no separate redemption charges for redeeming any items through your reward points.
